Policies
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non‑refundable but may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Travel Fee
Pricing includes travel within 25 miles of Danville, VA or Greensboro, NC. Beyond that, a $1/mile fee applies.
Power Requirements
Standard setup requires a household outlet. If none is available, add a $75 generator fee.
Age Restrictions
Players must be 10 years and older to participate.
Weather Policy
Safety first. Outdoor events may be paused, delayed, or rescheduled due to lightning, heavy rain, or severe weather. Our first option is to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Photo & Video Consent
By booking an event, you consent to photos/videos being taken during play. Motivus Sports may use this content for marketing (website, social, flyers).
Waiver
