What to expect from the equipment, arena, safety briefing, player rotations, weather process, and event setup.
What ages can play?
Motivus Sports TLC events are designed for players age 8 and older. Game settings and mission complexity are adjusted for the group.
How many people can play?
We currently operate 15 Battle Rifle Pro units and run matches with up to 5 vs. 5. Larger groups rotate through frequent matches.
Can you play indoors and outdoors?
Yes. Backyards, fields, gyms, and suitable event spaces can all work. We review the location and layout before confirming the setup.
What is included?
Battle Rifle Pro equipment, wireless head sensors, inflatable bunkers, EDGE game control, live scoring, music, utility boxes, safety instruction, and game direction are included.
Is laser tag safe?
The equipment is non-projectile. Every event begins with rules, boundaries, equipment instruction, and an age-appropriate safety briefing.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. Outdoor events may be paused, delayed, or rescheduled for lightning, heavy rain, or severe weather. Rescheduling is the first option; if that is not possible, a refund is issued.
Do participants need a waiver?
Yes. Every participant must complete the Motivus waiver before playing. A parent or guardian completes it for minors.
What should players wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required. Players must also be able to hold the Battle Rifle Pro safely with two hands.
Do children need adult supervision?
Yes. A responsible adult must remain present and supervise participating minors throughout the event.
When is payment due?
Full payment is collected through Jotform when you complete the reservation. Listed prices include taxes.
Why does booking reserve a three-hour appointment window?
The standard package includes one hour of playing time. We reserve a three-hour calendar window so the Motivus crew has enough time for setup, breakdown, cleanup, and travel between events. The additional scheduling time is not additional playing time.
How far do you travel?
Travel is included within 25 miles of Danville, VA or Greensboro, NC. Additional travel is charged at $1 per round-trip mile, with no stated maximum distance.
