Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 72 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Please review these requirements and policies before completing your reservation.
Weather
Outdoor events may be paused, delayed, or rescheduled because of lightning, heavy rain, or severe weather. Rescheduling is the first option. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund is issued.
Travel
Pricing includes travel within 25 miles of Danville, VA or Greensboro, NC. Beyond that area, a $1 per round-trip mile travel fee applies.
Payment & scheduling
Full payment is collected when the reservation is submitted, and listed prices include taxes. The standard package includes one hour of playing time. A three-hour calendar window is reserved for crew setup, breakdown, cleanup, and travel between events.
Power
A standard household electrical outlet is required for the standard setup. When power is unavailable, a generator may be added for $75.
Age
Players must be at least 8 years old to participate.
Waiver
All participants must complete the waiver before playing. A parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor.
Player requirements
Closed-toe shoes are required. Every player must be able to hold the laser tag equipment safely with two hands.
Adult supervision
A responsible adult must remain present and supervise participating minors throughout the event.
Photography
Photo and video consent is included with booking. Motivus may photograph or record events for promotional use, and a general photography opt-out is not currently offered.
Privacy
Motivus collects information needed to answer inquiries, manage reservations, process payments, provide waivers, and operate events. Booking and payment information is processed through Jotform and its supported payment providers. Motivus does not sell customers' personal information.
